Let’s Celebrate Easter with a Navajo Message

Jim and I look forward to celebrating Easter on Sunday 3/31 at 10:30 am at The Celebration church on Botulph in Santa Fe. We’ll play a couple tunes and inaugurate my new alto flute. I am personally excited about the speaker that day: Erica Elliot, Santa Fe’s very special holistic MD. When I heard she’d be the speaker I googled her and found her 2019 memoir: Medicine and Miracles in the High Desert, My Life Among the Navajo People.

I love to listen to books and listening to Erica’s voice, telling her story and even speaking Navajo was utterly enchanting, intense and inspiring. I finished the Audible version in record time. Her talk should be wonderful.

The Celebration church invocation sums up their purpose: “We join together to celebrate the splendor of God’s love—cherishing all life, honoring all paths, rejoicing in the sacred dance of All That Is. Living in the power of all-embracing love, we affirm our community and acknowledge the Divine nature of our humanity.”

Everyone is welcome to join them on Sunday Mornings at 10:30 AM
